You are required to abide by
general guidelines when using special collections and archives at any Harvard library, as well as any additional local rules specified by library staff. Please review the policies and procedures of
the library you plan to visit for more detailed information and specific policies regarding access, use, and availability of material.

If you do not have one of these forms of identification, please contact the library you would like to visit to make individual arrangements in advance.
Access to some Harvard Library collections may be subject to University policy, donor restrictions, or other conditions. If you have questions about specific materials, please contact the
owning library directly.
In assuming full responsibility for use of the materials, you also understand that the materials you examine may contain Social Security numbers, other personal identifiers, and/or sensitive material on potentially living and identifiable individuals (e.g., medical, evaluative, or personally invasive information) and will not share this information beyond your personal research. You agree not to record, reproduce, or disclose any Social Security number or other information of a highly personal nature that may be found. For more information, see
